Concierge Performance Associate - Remote
Remote position with a 12:00 PM‑9:00 PM schedule, including one required weekend shift per week.
Primary PurposeTo assist Property Repair Solutions customers (homeowners, contractors, carriers) with questions or concerns and/or the work being done by program contractors; to ensure customer expectations are met to the best of our ability.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities- Receives, reviews and dispatches new jobs to contractors based on job type and location.
- Places outbound calls to sell programs to customers, assign contractors, make customer appointments, provide assistance to insurance adjusters, and set up program expectations.
- Monitors pending jobs and follows up with homeowners to ensure the process is going smoothly and answers questions as needed.
- Receives inbound calls to answer customer service questions, resolve minor issues, and schedule appointments for customers with contractors or escalates issues to the proper channels.
- Maintains attendance during scheduled work hours.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Supports the organization's quality program(s).
High school diploma or GED required.
ExperienceOne (1) year of experience in construction management, restoration, and/or insurance claims and customer service required. Chronicle software experience preferred.

- Bi‑lingual English/Spanish a plus.

Compensation and BenefitsThe range of starting pay for this role is $16.00/hr a comprehensive benefits package is offered including medical, dental, vision, 401k and matching, PTO, disability and life insurance, employee assistance, flexible spending or health savings account, and other voluntary benefits.
