Maximus is seeking Customer Service Representatives to support FEMA from a remote location. You must reside within 75 miles of McAllen, TX and be able to pick up equipment at our McAllen office prior to start date.
The role involves data entry, handling calls and inquiries, and assisting disaster survivors. An eight-hour shift, 6:30 AM–2:30 AM EST, five days a week including weekends; this is a temporary position.
