Communication Service for the Deaf (CSD) is hiring a Call Center Representative (Communication Assistant) to support Deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals via TRS. This role offers fully remote work from Texas, with both full- and part-time schedules and a starting wage of $14 per hour.
Training paths and remote setup incentives are provided. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, 60 wpm typing (90% accuracy for training), and excellent communication.
