Logistics Coordinator Weds-Sat EST ( Remote local to Miami

Marken, UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics is the clinical and advanced therapy arm of UPS Healthcare, delivering rapid and scalable logistics solutions to patients worldwide.

This position will start in a temporary remote capacity and then transition to the Miami, Florida office. All responsibilities, reporting relationships, and performance expectations will remain unchanged during this transition.

• Handle incoming customer requests via phone, email, and the company website with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Use MNX’s proprietary logistics management platform to process, monitor, and manage critical customer shipments across the medical, aerospace, telecommunications, and high‑tech industries.
• Communicate with customers and agents in a professional and courteous manner.
• Meet required team metrics.
• Stay current on all required training.

• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Effective time‑management skills.
• Minimum age of 18 with a high school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry with a typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
• Knowledge of U.S. and world geography and time zones is preferred.
• Call center experience is preferred.
• Outstanding communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast‑paced and demanding environment.
• Flexibility to work additional hours as business needs arise.

Wednesday to Saturday, 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm EST.

Must be available to train Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, for 3–4 weeks.
