The Eastwood Company is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to assist customers with order placement and questions across phone, email and live chat. You’ll document conversations in our system and help resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
Training is provided and schedules include options Monday–Friday with EST hours, with onsite or remote work possibilities. Prior call center experience is a plus, automotive restoration exposure is helpful.
