Nuix seeks a Customer Success Manager (Platform) based in Reston to own post-sale relationships across assigned enterprise accounts. From contract close, you will drive adoption, retention and expansion, coordinating with implementation and services teams and serving as the continuity contact throughout the Nuix lifecycle.
You will attend the Reston office at least 3 days a week, with optional remote work for remaining days.
