As an Independent Contractor with Mezame Group, you are in charge of your own schedule. You have the flexibility to decide when you want to work whether that's on weekends, evenings, or mornings and how many hours you commit each day. This freedom lets you design a work routine that integrates smoothly with your lifestyle, giving you more quality time with your family and loved ones.

There are few steps you’ll need to follow to begin the Arise application process, and I’ll be here to support you throughout. As you go through these steps, you’ll notice there are some costs associated with becoming certified to serve Arise clients as a contractor. Think of these expenses as an investment in your future goal of achieving a significant income for yourself and your family.

To become certified for one of the job opportunities:

• $30.00 background check valid for 36 months (this is a 1099 position)

Pay Periods:

Twice a month (on the 1st and the 15th)

Flat Rate Deduction:

• Amount: $54.75 per pay period
• Condition:
  This fee is only charged if you are receiving revenue for that pay period.
• Coverage:
  This fee covers the costs of business operations, including:
• The client’s systems for servicing

Invoice Details:

The fee will appear on your invoice, which you will receive four days prior to your pay being direct deposited.

No Additional Fees:

Outside of this flat rate fee, no other fees are taken from your check.
