The Customer Service Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and text in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Document customer interactions and update records within the company's CRM or customer management system.
• Process orders, schedule appointments, and assist with account updates as needed.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
• Meet established response time and customer satisfaction goals.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service, administrative support, or call center experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional while handling challenging situations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a team.
• Experience in a customer-facing service environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.

The pay range for this role is: 55,000 - 55,000 USD per year (Dallas TX)
