State of Maryland is seeking candidates to join the SPS Help Desk for user support during a temporary September to December 2026 assignment. Work remotely with core hours 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and equipment provided by the agency.
Ideal applicants will have basic help desk experience, familiarity with Google Suite and MS Office, and strong communication skills. Applicants should be organized, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with maturity.
