Coast Professional, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls under supervision. You will perform data entry, verify information, and maintain production records while adhering to quality standards.
Training is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST. After training, shifts may vary within operating hours. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of the East Aurora, NY office and have a quiet home workspace with reliable internet and a provided equipment setup.
