Job Summary

Customer Care Representative - Remote (Nevada). Hourly rate $14.50. The role is the frontline representative and image of MTM Health, handling inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities, with an average of 60-80 calls per day (higher on Mondays).

• Handle inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities.
• Provide personalized attention and exceptional care.
• Increase task complexity as skills progress.

• Must currently reside in Nevada.
• 1 year of call center experience.
• 6 months of customer service experience.
• Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills.
• High‑speed Internet access: minimum upload 3
  
  Mbps, minimum download 30
  
  Mbps.
• No use of wireless or WiFi "air cards".
