Customer Support Representative

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll play an important role in helping customers manage their energy and service needs by providing support, resolving concerns, and delivering solutions that make a difference.
In this fully remote position, you'll work directly with customers to assist with account management, billing inquiries, service requests, contract renewals, and customer retention. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and creating positive customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a work-from-home position. However, all training and nesting will take place in person at our Doylestown office. Occasional in-office scheduling may be required for knowledge and skill development.
Compensation
Starting pay: $18.00 per hour, plus monthly performance incentives.
Our monthly incentive program rewards performance and customer-focused results, providing additional earning potential on top of your hourly wage.

What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Manage customer accounts, including billing support, service updates, and contract renewals.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate work orders with internal departments.
- Explain service agreements, pricing options, and billing information to customers.
- Support customer retention efforts by resolving concerns and identifying customer-focused solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and document customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues when appropriate and complete administrative tasks as needed.
What You'll Bring
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or high-volume customer support environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
- Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with computers and customer management systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, solve problems, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping customers.
Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
- Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST
- Schedules will be assigned within these operating hours, and are subject to change, based on business needs
Remote Work Requirements
- Connect through a U.S.
