Customer Service Specialist (Dutch-speaking)

Work remotely from Portugal as part of an international customer service team, supporting Dutch-speaking customers in a structured weekday role. Ideal for candidates looking for work-life balance and remote flexibility.

Location: Remote (Portugal-based) Start Date: 7 May 2026 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 Contract: 6-month fixed-term (CDD)

Provide support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat. Handle inquiries efficiently and professionally. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records in internal systems.

What We're Looking For:

C1+ Dutch + good English level
Strong communication skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
