Location: City of Albany
Silhouette Group is seeking a Customer Service Call Center Agent to handle incoming calls and deliver exceptional service for luxury eyewear products. The role is a 40-hour, in-office position with a hybrid work-from-home option after 6 months. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, with no weekends.
Ideal candidates will have a friendly phone manner, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new computer systems. No sales quotas are involved, and benefits are provided.
