Job Summary

Work from home as a Turbo Tax Product Expert. Earn a $405 certification bonus. Flexible schedule between 8:00 am EST and 12:00 am midnight EST, Monday through Sunday.

Remote position; minimum 25 hours per week required, with the option to work more.

• Base pay $18.50 per hour (guaranteed, includes $3.00 Network Fee component).
• Additional hourly earnings up to $24.00 per hour when working 45+ hours per week.
• Weekly bonus opportunities up to $250 per week: $100 bonus for 36–44.99 hours, $100 bonus for 45+ hours.
• TNPS performance bonus: $50 Gift Card for 4+ TNPS promoters in a day and zero detractors.
• Special 3‑day certification bonus: $405 and a $5.00 per hour Turbo Bonus Boost (April 9–15). Minimum eight hours per day on April 13‑15 to qualify.

• Assist Turbo Tax customers with questions related to products and tax return software (downloading, logging in, basic navigation, importing documents, printing and filing, basic tax questions).
• Build your own schedule with flexible hours anytime between 8:00 am EST and 12:00 am midnight EST, Monday through Sunday.
• Support the assigned SME and Marketplace Performance Specialist during live calls.

• No specific accounting background required; enthusiasm to learn and help customers.
