MCI is seeking a remote, full-time Call Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer concerns, and provide exceptional support. You will document interactions accurately and uphold service standards in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal candidates are 18+ with a HS diploma, fluent English, strong communication, problem-solving and listening skills. Previous CS experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided, and confidentiality is essential.
