We’re looking for a Client Partner to join Social Code. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in client management, communication, and business operations.

• Build strong relationships with clients and serve as their main point of contact.
• Join scheduled client calls to understand client goals and expectations.

• Coordinate with our internal team to ensure smooth execution of client requests.
• Keep clients informed of progress, next steps, and any updates relevant to their account.

• Resolve issues proactively, before they elevate.
• Help improve client retention by ensuring a consistently strong client experience.

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently and manage your own schedule around confirmed call times.

• Part-time, with call times scheduled and confirmed in advance.
