TEKsystems is seeking aContract-to-Hire Customer Support Specialist to assist customers of the Kwikset product line. This role handles installation guidance, troubleshooting, and product information via phone and email, with a focus on resolving issues promptly.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year in a product-based support or call center, basic technical aptitude, and strong communication skills. Bilingual abilities are a plus, and a HS diploma is required.
