Inbound Customer Service Agent-Bodewell Remote

About the Role

This 100% remote Inbound Customer Service Agent position is located in the United States and supports GE Appliances owners, balancing customer service and inbound sales.

Assigned

Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM CST (4 days, 10 hours per day).
Training shift: 9 weeks, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST. Base pay: $15.00/hour plus incentives based on quality scores; paid weekly.

• Provide product information, registration support, and service, parts, delivery, and dealer location inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve owner issues through sales, service, referrals, and concessions.
• Maintain owner records and log complaints, actions, and resolutions.
• Provide feedback to Quality and Training to improve procedures.
• Adhere to safety policies and support other business areas as needed.
• Participate in shift bidding twice a year and be available for any shift during business hours 7 AM – 7 PM CST.

• One‑year relevant experience in a customer‑service or sales environment.
• Self‑starter with initiative, strong follow‑through, and decision‑making skills.
• High concentration and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to interact with owners at all levels within the organization.
• Integrity and willingness to seek leadership guidance.
• Comfortable navigating multiple web‑based systems.
• Computer skills including MS Office Suite.

• Dedicated, quiet workspace suitable for dual monitors, keyboard, mouse, cords, and ethernet.
• Local internet connection with ethernet; no satellite, prepaid, or DSL allowed.
