TRUE Community Credit Union in Michigan is seeking a Remote Experience Specialist to serve members across phone, chat, email, and ITMs. You will guide transactions, promote digital tools, and help improve financial well-being, while delivering care and community values.
The role is hybrid with up to 20% onsite, and requires 20 hours per week on a schedule including Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Prior customer service experience and strong communication are needed.
