Medi Portal zoekt een Customer Care Professional die communicatief, klantgericht en empathisch is, met belangstelling voor IT en een maatschappelijke meerwaarde. Je werkt in een snelgroeiende Belgische onderneming en ondersteunt artsen en medische instellingen via ons softwareplatform.
Het aanbod bevat een volledig bruto loon, bedrijfswagen en extra voordelen, flexibele uren en mogelijk thuiswerken (2 dagen). Een 4/5e werkweek is ook bespreekbaar, met 30 vakantiedagen bij een 38-uren contract.
