Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Help Desk Representative to handle inbound calls from technicians and provide timely, accurate information while delivering exceptional client service in a fully remote role.
You will work Monday-Friday with CST hours, including weekend coverage as described, and you will upsell products and services when appropriate, while maintaining logs and data across systems. This position offers health, retirement and other fringe benefits.
