In this full-time role, you will handle inbound calls, assess customer needs, document interactions in Salesforce, and strive for satisfaction while adhering to policies. Training provided; 8:30am-5:30pm ET, Monday–Friday; remote work 2 days per week, 3 days in Horsham office.
