Socket.dev is hiring for Customer Support Specialists to deliver high-quality customer service remotely within New York State. The role emphasizes empathy, structured yet fast-paced execution, and accountability in a fully remote setting.
Training lasts about 4 weeks, with an initial schedule Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST. Pay during training is $18–$20/hr, increasing to $21–$23/hr after successful completion. Shifts may include weekends; full-time up to 40 hours per week.
