CoVet sucht eine/n Customer Success Representative (Deutschland) in Vollzeit, remote-arbeitend, um Kund:innen beim Onboarding zu unterstützen, Schulungen durchzuführen und den größtmöglichen Nutzen aus unseren Lösungen zu ziehen.
Sie arbeiten eng mit Sales, Engineering, Marketing und Product zusammen, identifizieren Risiken und helfen bei der Einführung neuer Funktionen. Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Customer Success sind erforderlich, idealerweise in der Veterinär- oder Heimtierbranche.
