Memorial Care is seeking a Call Center Representative I PD in Fountain Valley. The role supports patients, families and providers via phone, email and chat, delivering the Simply Better Memorial Care Experience in every interaction.
Position is Per-Diem (30hrs per week) with a training period of 40 hours over 2½ weeks. After training, shifts are predominantly remote, with some weekend coverage as required.
