1-800 Contacts is seeking friendly, goal-driven customer service professionals to join our remote team. You’ll handle inbound sales and service calls, help customers, and deliver a WOW experience on every interaction.
You’ll work 40 hours weekly with afternoon/evening shifts, including a weekend shift. Training lasts 3 weeks with attendance mandatory. Pay starts at $15/hour with bonus potential up to $6/hour, and remote candidates must reside in approved states.
