Communication Service for the Deaf, Inc. (CSD) is seeking a Call Center Representative (Communication Assistant) to join our Telephone Relay Service. This fully remote position in Minnesota offers both full-time and part-time hours and a starting wage of $14 per hour.
As a Communication Assistant, you will facilitate calls between Deaf and hearing individuals, delivering strong customer service while meeting typing speed requirements and passing skill assessments. Residency in MN is required.
