TEKsystems is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a fully remote, contract position. You will support a residential services team as a subject matter expert and troubleshooter for customers, handling product, service, billing and transaction inquiries via high-volume inbound calls.
Ideal candidates have 2-4 years in a call center and remote work experience, with EST availability. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance and PTO.
