Lynx is seeking a motivated Senior Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, manage tickets, and support operations with cross-functional collaboration across product, services, and finance functions.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of customer service experience (or in financial services), excellent communication, and the ability to work 8-hour shifts between our normal business hours of 8am to 8pm ET, Monday through Friday.
