Sun Home Saunas is seeking Seasonal Customer Experience Advisors to handle pre- and post-purchase inquiries for all Sun Home products, including saunas and cold plunge systems. You will resolve escalated issues and manage orders with speed and empathy, across Phone, Email, Chat and SMS.
This remote role operates Monday-Friday and Tuesday-Saturday, with August 2026 through January 2027 as the season and potential extension based on business needs.
