Ultimate Staffing in Irvine is seeking a HYBRID Customer Support Specialist to join a lifestyle brand. Pay is $22/hour with Mon-Thurs in office and Fri work-from-home.
You will answer calls, emails and chats for our ecommerce site, resolve issues, process warranty orders, and run regular reports. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of customer service experience are preferred; experience with Shopify Plus and Full Circle is a plus.
