Con Serve is seeking bilingual representatives to join our team, handling delinquent accounts with a consultative approach in a fast-paced call center environment. You will collect on balances, document interactions, and meet daily and monthly goals while maintaining a focus on customer care and compliance.
The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and preferred Associates or Bachelor's degree. Shift schedule includes 8-hour blocks with EST hours and occasional Saturdays;
