Infosoft, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator (Dispatching/Scheduling) to support service operations by coordinating customer requests, scheduling field service engineers, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
You will serve as the primary contact for customers and internal teams, managing service requests from start to finish. The position is remote with 2nd shift hours (3:00 PM–12:00 AM) and some flexibility for alternate schedules, including weekend coverage.
