Gilder Search Group is seeking a Call Center Representative fluent in English and Spanish for a remote role. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls, provide accurate information, and document interactions while adhering to regulatory guidelines. Pay rate is $20 per hour.
Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of customer service experience, strong phone etiquette, and solid computer skills. The position runs 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, with weekend availability as needed.
