Member Services Representative

LaSalle Network is hiring for a Member Services Representative with a health insurance and benefits-leading company known for providing health insurance benefits to union workers for nearly 50 years. This is a temporary opportunity supporting open enrollment, where call volume increases significantly and strong customer service is critical. The role includes one week of on-site training in Oak Brook, IL before transitioning to remote work.

Candidates should be comfortable handling member calls throughout the day and working independently after training.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from members on the open enrollment line
• Assist members with online benefit enrollment, reviewing benefit options and confirming dependent enrollment
• Answer general eligibility and benefit plan questions
• Research benefit, claim and eligibility questions and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
• Maintain availability by remaining logged in throughout the workday

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or call center experience
• Basic understanding of healthcare benefits (for example: copays and deductibles)
• Comfortable assisting members over the phone throughout the day
• Dependable, organized and able to work independently after training
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills (preferred)
