Die AUTO1 Group sucht einen Kundenberater / Call Center Agent (d/m/w) im Customer Service Team. Deine Hauptaufgabe ist die Begleitung der Kunden von der Fahrzeugbestellung bis zur Übergabe. Du sorgst dafür, dass der Autokauf zu einem großartigen Erlebnis wird und stellst sicher, dass die Kunden schnellstmöglich ihr neues Auto erhalten.
Du bringst die notwendige Erfahrung im Dialogmarketing mit und hast Freude am telefonischen Kontakt. Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil. Die Position bietet eine offene Kultur und die Möglichkeit bis zu 100% remote zu arbeiten.
