Maximus is seeking Customer Service Representatives to support the Department of Education. The role handles inbound calls/chats and outbound calls regarding Federal Student Aid (FSA) Loan Servicing, with paid training to ensure professionalism.
The position is remote, but candidates must live within 1 hour of Orlando, FL, and will participate in a 4-week training from home, Monday–Friday 9am–5:30pm ET. Approximately 6 months fixed-term contract.
