** WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE*
* As a Customer Service Representative working from home, you will:

+ Provide customer support via inbound chats

+ Call back customers as needed

+ Respond to basic and routine account inquiries

+ Assist users on the clients products, accounts and services

+ Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures

+ Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly

+ Interacting with customers utilizing strong written and verbal skills as well as deep customer empathy 

+ Deliver expert customer experiences...with a smile.

** YOUR QUALIFICATIONS*
* Your skills, integrity, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative (Remote) role include:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ 6 months customer service

+ 30 WPM with 90% accuracy

+ Ability to pass required assessments and background check

+ Proficiency in fast-paced multitasking

+ Eagerness to learn new technologies

+ High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone

+ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to ask probing questions to come to a resolution

+ Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge

+ Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence.

+ The base salary wage for this position is $15.00/hr. (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage), plus incentives that align with individual and company performance.
