We Insure Group is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to support policyholders, producers, lenders, and partners through inbound calls, chat, and case work with occasional outbound follow-up. The role is onsite in Austin with remote options for Florida candidates.
Start date is September 8, 2026. The position requires 1+ year in a call center and a Texas Property and Casualty license is preferred;
