Altra Federal Credit Union in Tyler, TX is hiring a Full-Time Bilingual Member Contact Specialist for our Tyler West office. You will respond to member inquiries by phone, coordinate with other departments, and document interactions in the CRM.
This role requires fluency in Spanish and English, a high school diploma, and 1+ year of customer service experience. Work hours are 40 per week, with shifts 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday.
