EC Pro US is seeking a Client Advocate to deliver world-class customer experience in a fully remote SaaS environment for equestrian clients. You will onboard and train clients, respond promptly to inquiries, and collaborate with product and support teams to resolve issues.
The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of customer-facing SaaS troubleshooting experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for horses and tech.
