• Perform duties associated with policy and billing systems.
• Act quickly in response to customer requests for quotes, payment processing, problems, take ownership and see them through to satisfactory conclusion.
• Contribute fully to an effective team environment; demonstrate willingness to work cooperatively with others to achieve shared goals.
• Provide quality customer service by communicating and processing transactions by phone, e-mail, and chat; log all interactions via phone, email, and chat into a software application to ensure a detailed interaction history for each interaction.
• Assist in training new team members when and where necessary.
• Process transactions on multiple lines of business.
• Additional responsibilities: demonstrate strong interpersonal and teamwork skills on an ongoing basis.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

• High School or better.
• Insurance (INS) or better.
• Obtain 2 (two) INS designations from IIA within 1 year.
• Previous customer service experience: 2-5 years.

• 2 (two) INS designations from IIA must be obtained within 1 year.
