Sedgwick is hiring a Remote Hotel Coordinator to deliver seamless hotel accommodations for insured families with compassion and urgency. This role connects families, hotels, and insurance partners to ensure placements are handled with care and efficiency.
Schedule includes 12pm-10pm EST on Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday. A bachelor’s degree and at least two years in customer service are preferred, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication, and attention to detail.
