Sedgwick is hiring for a Concierge Performance Associate - Remote. This remote role operates on a 12:00 PM–9:00 PM schedule with one required weekend shift each week.
You will assist homeowners, contractors, and carriers with questions and scheduling, dispatch jobs to contractors, and support insurance adjusters to meet customer expectations. You’ll handle inbound/outbound calls, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
