Maximus is seeking Customer Service Representatives to support FEMA, handling calls and processing disaster assistance applications from survivors within a designated US region. This is a Remote - Work at Home role, but you must live within 75 miles of Oklahoma City, OK and be able to pick up equipment at our office there.
You will work an eight-hour shift, five days a week, within 6:30 AM to 2:30 AM EST, including weekends.
