Jerry.ai is seeking a Customer Service Agent to support our growing base of car insurance customers. In this remote role, you will respond to inbound calls, process policy changes, and help customers understand coverages and benefits.
You should have 2+ years in a call center, excellent multitasking, and a collaborative mindset. We offer remote work, pay between $19 and $21 per hour, and benefits including health insurance, 401K, and license training.
