Assist members with their banking needs via phone, email, and chat;
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner;
Handle a high volume of inbound calls and maintain detailed and accurate records;
Troubleshoot technical issues related to online banking and mobile app;
Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent service and adherence to policies and procedures;
Keep up-to-date on new products, services, and promotions to cross-sell and upsell to members;
