Labcorp is seeking a Customer Service Support Rep
- Patient Customer Service within the Revenue Cycle Management Division to join our team.

Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday 10:00am - 7:00pm EST

Training hours: 9am to 6pm EST

Responsibilities

• Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's office or private insurance carriers.
• Initiate payment plans for patients for outstanding balances.
• Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone.
• Maintain performance goals.
• Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 year or more customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year or more high volume call center experience
• 1 year or more medical billing, insurance claims, and explanation of benefits
• 1 year or more patient billing

Pay Range: $17.75-$21.00

All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

Benefits Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including:
