* ** WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE *
* As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative working from home, you will:

+ Provide customers with product setup sessions, to include tutorials and walkthroughs, to assist in setting up new devices out of the box in the customer's preferred language

+ Hold authentic, free-flowing conversations with customers to provide customized product setup sessions for their new devices

+ Ask probing questions to ensure customers are receiving personalized sessions based on their lifestyle and needs

+ Use product knowledge, build client relationships, and find new ways to provide customer a high-energy experience while setting up their new products and services

+ Track, document, and retrieve information in databases

+ Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as: smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables;
Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred

+ Offer additional products and/or services

+ Deliver expert customer experiences...with a smile.

* Your skills, integrity, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Remote) role include:

+ The ability to read, write and speak fluently both Spanish and English

+ 1+ year of customer service experience

+ Sales or technical product experience is a big plus!

+ Comfortable using and explaining technology

+ A high school diploma or GED equivalent

+ Exceptional relationship-building skills, driven by positive, high-energy customer interactions

+ A basic knowledge in probing question techniques and exceptional active listening skills

+ Flexible availability to support various shifts and business needs

+ A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
